taught, are stunned by her murder. people hoping for her safe return had scheduled a vigil for last night.. at the schoool. but about an hour before the vigil was set to begin, they learned about her murder.students at the vigil said they will love their teacher forever. breaking overnight - a possible deal involving daca. the deal would protect certain immigrants brought illegally to the country, as children. after having dinner with the president -- house minority leader, nancy pelosi - and senate minority leader, chuck schumer saying: "we agreed to enshrine the protections of daca into law quickly, and to work out a package of border security, excluding the wall." however, the white house says, "excluding the wall was certainly not agreed to." we'll keep you updated. president trump heads to florida today to survey the damage from hurricane irma in naples and for myers. this - as the death toll from the storm continues to climb in

23 people are now reported dead, after flames raced through a dorm at an islamic school in malaysia's capital city. the victims include two teachers and 21 boys, mostly teenagers. two other victims are hospitalized in

the fire blocked the dorm's only exit. investigators believe an electric short-circut sparked the fire. new overnight, people in rockford, in washington state are mourning the loss of a student killed in a school shooting. a vigil was held last night for that student.. and three others who were wounded. the suspect, a classmate of the victims, is expected to make his first court appearance today. a school custodian is credited with stopping yesterday's shooting. he ordered the suspect to surrender.. and he did. one student says the suspect recently warned others something bad was about to happen. authorities say the suspect was armed with multiple guns. and they say the student who was killed had approached him and tried to interve

a group of fans attempted to make a political statement at last night's red sox-athletics game in boston. check this out. this happened in the fourth inning. fans draped a banner down the "green monster." it read "racism is as american as baseball." it hung there for one batter, as the crowd boeed... the four fans responsible were eventually escorted out. the red sox have since released a statement saying the banner violated club policy. this morning, former drug company c-e-o martin shkreli is back in jail. a federal judge revoked shkreli's bail after he offered five thousand dollars in facebook post to anyone who grabbed a strand of hillary clinton's hair during her book tour. the judge said shkreli posed a danger to the former secretary of state. shkreli's attorney argued his client's offer was a tasteless joke. shkreli is awaiting sentencing on a fraud conviction. meanwhile - hillary clinton speaking out this morning about her new book. titled "what happened", the book is a tell-all memoir about the 20-16 campaign. speaking on abc's "the view", clinton admits it wa
